I put together the upgraded model. I haven’t cooked w/ it yet, but definitely appears a lot better. I also like the fact that the instructions indicate the different amounts to utilize in reaching the desired temperature. Keeping it at a five. Customer service ended up being fantastic.Update: June/18th/2024.At first I was not pleased with the original product. The expertise in customer service not only made it right, I would now also personally recommend their product.Very impressed with their customer service.Having said that, my four is now a five.Thank you!Update: Customer service reached out to me &they are working with me for a resolution.Update: I purchased the $60 oven door that wasn’t included w/ my original purchase. The door arrived today, however it does not attach. The older model oven does not have two top tabs to attach the door. I’ve purchased a lot via Amazon & this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The representative advised me that I do not know how to cook pizza, lol. I’m guessing all the one star ratings given by multiple folks w/ the same problems also need pizza cooking lessons! The seller did give me a $20 credit for my inconvenience, so the oven door that doesn’t work actually only cost me $40.ðŸ‘The last picture is of an oven that has the tabs on the top to attach the door.The older model does not include a front door closing to keep heat in.The product that is advertised is misleading. The one I purchased was an older model that doesn’t cook correctly. A modification to the older product was made (front door) and applied to the newer model. Older model does not work & now have to buy the door to fix the nonfunctional older model. I’m not the only one with this issue according to the reviews. I was offered $5 towards the purchase of the upgraded modification that costs $60. Very unhappy.The first photo is the one I bought. The second one is the upgraded version with a front door to seal that is advertised.

This is decent oven for the price because of the versatility for camping but don’t use the pizza stone that comes with the oven. It blocks all of the heat below, so your crust will burn way before the cheese turns golden brown.I replaced the stone that came with the oven with a 16x14 pizza stone that I already had and now it works great now.I would recommend to the seller to cut two inches off of their stone or make the oven 2 to 3 inches longer. That way cold air comes in from under the front vent, then the heat rises from behind and leaves out the front door of the oven.Just an FYI - I also cheated by using a pizza pan, because using the pizza peel to rotate a pizza sucks but that's on me and not the seller.

So I did a review and posted it and Amazon said it was against their policy so I’m posting it again. I didn’t say anything bad I didn’t do anything wrong. I’m just telling you how great I like the pizza oven. It was a great price. I recommend buying it. I buy it again. I had several choices and I decided on this one thank you. Have a nice day.

Haven't had a chance to actually use it yet, but are looking forward to it. Struggled a little on the assembly, some of the machining was a little off/rough in spots. But once we got it together it is super stable.

**update: we have been given a full refund.We were so excited to get this pizza oven as we bought it for each other as a valentines gift. Assembly was easy, but things looked a little on the cheap side. We were still excited to try it at least. Well, because of the numerous cut-outs in the firebox area, the oven was not able to heat up properly and maintain the heat to cook the pizza. However, the oven/pizza stone area is still useful. We have a smoker, and it fits perfectly onto the firebox of our smoker. We've been able to use those pieces and threw out the firebox this morning because it was just horrible at function.

The oven arrived with the large pizza stone broken in half. We didnt inspect the parts until we started wrapping Christmas presents and now it's too late for an exchange. That isnour fault but be aware, you might receive an oven with a broken tile.

Researched many pizza ovens this one is great for multiple uses. Pizza chicken wings you name it. Cooking time is fast and easy. It can get hot quick.

Love this pizza oven. I’ve recommended it for friend/family to purchase. We use it a few times of year but it’s easy to store and I like that it comes with all the tools and cover for easy storage.
