I took this round my friend's house to test out - just add a garden hose and off you go. The different attachments are great and if we actually get a summer this year I can see this being a hit with the kids. They were desperate to go out and have a go, but it's too cold at the moment. Works well though, is sturdy and well made and an attractive toy. This will be great, especially for when they have friends round or we have a family bbq and there are kids everywhere.

I got this water play toy for my 3 year old nephew to play outside with in the summer.It contains a plastic turtle which connects to the garden hose and sprays out water from the top. There are several different attachments which can be placed on the top to have the water coming out in different spray flows and some accessories which provide games play such as balls, nets, hoopla and rotating jump bar (which could be a bit hazardous with a wet surface underneath!).Made from a decent quality, hard wearing ABS plastic, it feels like it will stand up to the toddler test (although time will tell!).It obviously uses a fair bit of water whilst it’s on, so we’ll have to limit play time on it in order to minimise wastage, I guess it will water the lawn at the same time!My nephew hasn’t been able to use it yet as it’s still winter, but I know he’ll love it as he usually enjoys messing about with the water hose. Will update my review with photos once it’s properly set up for summer play!

I can’t wait to get this out in the garden in the summer for my little one. There’s so many accessories that come with this for lots of varied play, especially with different ways of spraying water about. This won’t fit a Hozelock adapter but comes with its own that goes straight into a hose.

This is a good but of kit for the summers. It's easily fitted to the hose, and comes with an adapter to suit most set ups I'd expect. The water comes out a good distance but this will depend somewhat on pressure I expect. Couldn't put it fully into action due to weather not being there yet, but kids were dying to give it a go so I expect it'll be a resounding success. The different attachments will hopefully keep it fresh with them for longer than traditional toys that they'd get bored of.
