I did a lot of research on a number of security camera systems. Hiseeu matches the specs of the best of competing systems at nearly half the price. The system came efficiently packaged and protected. All the items needed for setting up the cameras were included. Make sure you look through all the boxes first - I thought they missed the power cord, but they didn't. The manual takes you through step-by-step instructions that were easy to follow, but it helps if you are comfortable working with software and computers. The only thing you will need to setup and test the cameras is your internet router with an available Ethernet connection and a monitor. They even provide a mouse for navigating the menus on the NVR. I did find out that the cameras have a boot time, so after you first plug-in the camera to the NVR, it will not register for about 30-40 seconds. There was only minimal delay between activities sensed by the camera and when the NVR displays the same activity on the monitor. It was a half second or less. So far I’m very happy with the solid construction of the cameras, the quality of the video, and the ease of setup. I am also particularly impressed with all the software functions that come with the camera for setting up zones, activity alerts, people detection, etc. All the features they describe on the website are there and they work. Prior to purchasing these cameras, I had some exchanges with their technical support to get answers to some of the questions I had about their specifications. They answered quickly, provided excellent answers, and even informed me about software updates I could get that would provide some of the technical capabilities I was looking for. The company is aggressively pursuing this market and constantly innovating and updating their product, so I am confident that it will stay current for a long time. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an reasonably priced home security system.

Update: 5/15/2024: System still not working after over two months! Seller just sent me another security code to AGAIN try to unlock password. Won’t be able to try until tomorrow. They keep telling me it should be fixed and I keep telling them that it is not!Update: Seller recently offered a refund, which I accepted. Seller RENEGED ON REFUND OFFER, so I filed a complaint with Amazon, but haven’t heard anything yet. Have now spent weeks trying to access an obviously defective device. NO troubleshooting suggestions from them has worked. Make sure you have less than 30 days if you need tech support.I purchased this system, and was in process of setting in up, when login failed. Halfway through the installation/setup we can no longer access the system. I explained that the password reset did NOT work; all the recovery codes were “invalidâ€. Also, locked out of software APP at same time. Tech person emailed pages from manual with process that we already told them did not work.Then we sent an email to tech support again explaining the issues and asked for help. They later responded with any email requesting copy of Amazon order and invoice. I immediately sent requested information. They were very slow to respond.The cameras are installed and working, but we have not access to complete setup menu and configure software settings.Also, we finally tried factory reset. UNABLE-The manual’s process and menu pictures do not work as described.Can’t return system because past 30 day window. Cameras already installed. Sent email asking for exchange-no response there either. Apparently we wasted a lot of money. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASE OF CURRENT HISEEU PRODUCTS! Tech support is responsive but not helpful.

I installed a lot of the camera systems for my clients, and this low price system surprised me. It is very easy to install and setup. The image quality is very clear and sharp. So far it has exceeded my expectations. The user interface is also very easy to use as compared to the typical 2000s interface on my brands. Setup was simple and everything worked right out of the box, even when the cameras were connected to POE switch. We had no networking issues and the box was able to locate all the cameras via the IP addresses. Super neat. I highly recommend this 4k hiseeu system.

Bought these cameras because they were a great price and have features which are comparable to cameras that are much more expensive. The cameras were easy to install, have good video quality and night vision. The fog lights on them work well too. The app is a great feature to have as well. You can modify the quality of the feed from the app and playback. Overall very happy with the purchase

Love the system, image quality is great! Love the fact that it records on a hard drive inside the house. Had an issue with one of the cameras and contacted the seller which answered quickly and did some troubleshooting with me. Turns out the system was faulty and send me a new unit which now works flawlessly. Very satisfied with their product and support.

I have had this system running in my house for about 10 months. In the beginning, I had some minor issues, like glitches in the mobile app, but the manufacturer has been continuously improving both the app and the product, and it has become a very competitive surveillance system on the market now.Cameras have had no issues whatsoever. The image, resolution, colours, sound - all works fine.There is only one think I did not like - it was the program interface in the NVR itself. It was not easy to setup my initial access to the system - my password. The mouse was not very responsive, the keyboard I tried to plug in did not work for some reason. However, the system may have been improved for the modern systems since then though. And nobody really needs to use it every day, only the very first time, because all configuration - cameras, recording, events, alarms, sound, notifications - all available via mobile app in your phone.Just recently, I had a hard drive failure, so I contacted the service. The response surprised me in a good way - it was quick, professional and helpful. Company shipped me a replacement drive.Bottom line, I would recommend this product to any home or a small business owner - it can support up to 8 cameras and overall quality is very good.

got the 4 camara sysem with infared for night., pan and tilt camaras.worked great for first 31days. them one camara went dark at night with no lights or infared.contacted customer suport. got no reply for a week then a one line reply asking for order number.replied first day and have not heard back in another week???.clearly i need a new camara.

I was a bit hesistant at first because the of the low price, bur ended up trying it out anyways. So far it has exceeded my expectations. I installed this for a friend's parents as a gift and overall the picture quality, night vision and build quality is better than my reolink 420 series cameras which are 2k res. The user interface is also modern and easy to use as compared to the typical 2000s interface on my reolink. Setup was simple and everything worked right out of the box, even when the cameras were connected to a poe switch in the garage and then into a wireless repeater with the main box inside the house. We had no networking issues and the box was able to locate all the cameras via the IP addresses. Super neat. I highly recommend this. Might just switch out my reolink to a 4k hiseeu in the next couple of years.
