Not flexible but hold weight well. Was able to hang it onto my very awesome city select lux double stroller. I hung a kid size hammock seat on the frame of the stroller for my two yr old to sit in. She is a heavy kid. And she rocked in the seat all around the Fair. Held up really well. Was able to take a double stroller and get three toddlers/infant on. Needed two clips per side though. Sturdy And strong.

Simple but incredibly helpful. We bought these before a trip to disney. They were incredibly helpful in strapping a cooler to a stroller. Great purchase.

We bought these for a Disney trip and have used them for every trip to the parks since. The Velcro is very secure and these have never fallen off or loosened. The carabiner clips are great and have not broken. We clip water bottles, purses, backpacks and shopping bags on. Sometimes we get a double stroller and the stroller organizer for the umbrella stroller won’t attach so we use these to clip onto it and hold it on the double stroller. Which we then load with cups and such. We’ve also used two of these to create more length to attach things that we want to tuck into the bottom basket of the stroller but want to be sure we don’t lose or drag on the ground. The only issue we’ve had is that a few have disappeared on vacations.

These wrap securely on any handle with high quality Velcro (not the ones that will wear out in a short period of time. The key of course is also not to keep taking it on and off. I use two of them on the stroller handle to hold the handles of a tote bag open so I can easily put things in and out of the tire bag. No need to hook and unhook bags from the actual hooks. I do recommend this.
