I was reluctant to buy Labvida beakers and flasks because they were so much less expensive than the other products. I thought maybe they would be of a lesser quality, and therefore not worth my while. However, I am SO pleased with these low form beakers and narrow mouth flasks! I teach Special Education middle school students and we do science experiments together several times every week. I finally got tired of using random coffee mugs, bowls and plastic water bottles, so I decided to buy the real thing. I am so happy I did! These beakers and flasks have survived boiling hot water baths, expanding chemical and gaseous mixtures and the indelicate hands of many happy young people! I hope to use them for years to come and will definitely being buying more in the future! Thank you so much for providing a sturdy, functional and affordable product!

I only used this as a Halloween prop. I was a science teacher for 30+ years so I'm well aquainted with E. Flasks, No Idea how well it stands abuse/heat/cooling. Seemed a bit more robust/thicker than other flasks.

I love these for propagating plants. We ordered a bunch of them to make a propagation station, and we love how it turned out with these. The glass is pretty thick and durable— I’ve dropped them before and am yet to break one.

I do yeast starters in mason jars and thought I'd give these a try. I do like them and the stir bar does spin easier but overall I would say there are pros and cons compared to me continuing with mason jars. Good quality product.

The beakers worked perfectly for our first experiment. However when placing the beakers in a plastic basket, to bring to the sink for cleaning, the beakers bumped each other and one broke the whole side of the beaker. I knew they were fragile, and even with careful movements one still broke.

UPDATE: they’ve done great through the dishwasher. Just an added bonus for my use case.We were looking for flasks to function as juice carafes for a mimosa station and these were the perfect fit! They pour nicely and the opening is just a little wider than any wine bottle stopper, but we used some whiskey corks and they fit happily. Not they’re intended primary use... but exactly what we were looking for. Easy to clean and durable. They came packaged well too.

Good product. I used these to make yeast starters for my homebrew and they worked as I had hoped. The water was boiled in the vessel directly on my gas range with no problem. Cooled quickly in a water bath and held up as I expected borosilicate scientific flasks should. A sturdy, good quality product.
