These are great, but I am worried they wont hold up to heavy loads. (E.g. the oversized microwave in my kitchen)

At first glance these seem sturdy enough, but on closer inspection these are not the same as what is proclaimed on the product page. The weight rating is half (35kg vs 70kg), and there is no ball detent nor "white line" as shown in the instructions on the product page. There were no instructions or documentation included in the box - not that they're really needed. It's a stick, right? There is a place for a ball detent to have been installed, but there is nothing there. This causes them to simply slide out if extended just a bit too far. It also appears that mine were previously (although gently) used, given the scratch/wear marks and dust.

I showed up broken and there is no returning only 1 there has to be a better solution
