I connected a 1 TB usb drive and a usb flash drive to this hub and was able to xfer data between them . I also tested the rj45 connector and was able to connect to the internet. Exactly what I purchased this for. No issues.

Needed an extension for a few things I wanted to plug into my PC. This 3.0 was perfect and good thing is I can connect 2 different usb/keyboard for another laptop that I use for my main monitor with next to my PC. Having both the main usb keyboard for my pc and additional mouse for the laptop works with no issues while both plugged in! That was great! Had this for a while now and no issues and would suggest this for someone to buy. Shipping was simple and quick. Hope this helps.

I got this a few months ago and it worked great! It was super nice having extra usb ports to connect into my laptop. Recently it has not worked well. It would connect my Bluetooth mouse and keyboard to my laptop but it started to glitch with my mouse. I thought it was the mouse and changed the batteries but that wasn’t it, then I tried to switch which ports I was using and that wasn’t it either. I eventually gave up because I couldn’t deal with the mouse skipping around on my computer and glitching. I would not recommend buying this product.
