I only had one occasion when the shipping label got jammed, but once I opened and cleaned it its working fine. Elevating the labels to allow them to enter the machine straight helps. Customer service was a great help with the set up and the free labels were appreciated. This is a great machine for the price.

They did exactly as advertised and a good deal for the price. Also if it matters; these work well with my PEDOOLO Bluetooth Shipping Label Printer.

It was a disappointment that the printed postage for a 4 x 6 label wasn't coming out right. I measured the labels and they were actually smaller than 4" x 6"—they were actually 3.93" x 5.91" OR 100mm x 150mm.Returned and getting a different brand that might actually measure 4" x 6".
