These came looking exactly like I was expecting and were easy to paint. Due to their material, I would not recommend using nails or other fasteners that could shatter the piece. I simply wedged them in tightly and painted them into place.

Thanks to these and some straight carved millwork from the orange hardware store, my living room now looks like the inside of a mansion. I put them to frame each door and doorway. On top of the doorway I put a peaked decorative scrollwork from the same manufacturer. It looks like an ancient Rome entrance.

well done. I was afraid to drill through for a more solid fix but it wasn't a problem... Texture is similar to cast but with the strenght of wood.

Size of this molding is not what was advertised.5 3/4" W X 5 1/8" H X 1 3/4" P Corinthian CapitalBottom width was only 4". Entire thing was much smaller .Did not match the size of my pilasters
