I did let this inflate for a full 24 hours like instruction says. And I will say it is amazing. My two-year-old needed a firmer mattress and this has provided just that without having to get him a whole new mattress for his toddler bed. He is sleeping much better. There has been no deflation within the month that he has had it. And it has made bedtime so much easier! Thank you! I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a similar solution!

Really like this crib topper. Offers a more comfortable cushion but not too much. Fits over crib mattress perfectly.

You can feel that this is actual memory foam and not just a cheap foam filler...in 1 day it puffed up to the full 2 inches of thickness and it adds a nice feeling to the top of my grand daughters crib!!! Great extra cushion for the price!!!

When you want an extra couple of inches of support in a crib, rather than buying a completely new mattress, you can add an inexpensive mattress topper.This is a well made memory foam pad. I’ve seen the pictures with the layers, and I’m not really sure what cooling gel is, or if it really does anything. I don’t know if it is in a sheet or in bubbles or pockets. What I can say is that this is very soft, and I’ve placed it on a hard floor and it is surprisingly comfortable. It would be awesome if I could fit in that crib…The mattress arrives like most memory foam … in a tightly compressed roll, vacuum sealed in plastic. When it arrived (very well packed), I (carefully) opened the plastic vacuum bag and let the mattress air for about 48 hours. It did not smell at any time during the “return to original size and shape†period. It remains odorless.The liner is kind of soft plasticky…it is TPU…Thermoplastic polyurethane…it feels soft but at the same time, more like a plastic than fabric. I thought I would not like it but it is really quite nice, and it is waterproof…did I mention that?I think it adds a very comfortable waterproof layer. If I were an infant, I would love it. I’d probably think Mom and Dad were ok as parents go.

I have a 10 month old that is extremely picky about where she sleeps. She hates bassinets and the crib. Unfortunately, I spoiled her at an early age and inadvertently got her used to our memory foam mattress. We've tried many times to move her into her crib with no success over the past few months. We've had this on her bed for the past two nights. The first night she slept 8 hours straight and the second night she slept 6 hours straight. This is more than she's ever slept in one stretch! I am loving not having to wake up every two hours anymore and that she can FINALLY have her own sleep space! This mattress is super comfortable and literally feels just as comfortable as our memory foam mattress. It's slim so it fits under the regular crib sheet without any issues. It comes vacuum sealed, but only took about 30 minutes to get into shape and be usable.
