I like it for what it is. It's nice and sturdy, a solid piece. The smoke flows the way it's supposed to, as long as the air in the room is undisturbed. It's very calming to watch the effect, the flowing smoke. It's a good value overall.

I review products for the Amazon buy program and I received this product to review. This is a versatile burner for incense and sage. It comes with some stick incense to burn. It will accommodate comb shaped back flow incense as well as stick incense. You can leave your sage smoking held upright by the container. It will also be useful when you want to extinguish this sage and put the embers out. It comes with a brush for cleaning. It comes with tweezers for lifting your comb shaped incense. It has a small felt pad that you put underneath the ceramic piece so you don't scratch your table. It's very nice item with a reasonable price point. It comes in several colors. The one I received was a dark brown and if I were to buy this, I would prefer a lighter color. I'm giving it four stars because of the color, but it is a well-made device that could be a perfect gift as well.

I really like this burner cause it holds everything I could possibly want. I typically use it for Palo Santo, but it will also work for Sage and another stick and this as well as cone.

I say that it is versatile because you can use a variety of inceense types (stickes, cones, etc). It looks very stylish and it comes with a felt mat to place it on. Also comes with a tweezer (I never used a tweezer with incense so I do not know why), plus it comes with a nice brush. Incense fans will love this and it make a great gift as well.

I was looking for a a holder heavy enough to hold the really large, long incense sticks that burn for several hours at a time. This would be good, if it had more than one hole for incense. The ceramic base is large and heavy. The middle part holds smudge sticks, the incense hole is built in, on the side. It has one rather large hole, that likely would be too big for normal sized incense sticks. While my super large sticks do fit the hole, they don’t stand straight, they lean. Which leaves ash everywhere.
