This is a nice proofing basket. Very sturdy and I like the liners. The size is just right for a 1 kilo loaf.

This was a great price for any baker starting their sourdough journey. I wish the banneton was a little bigger bit otherwise it has everything (and more) for a successful loaf.

Cheap product but great quality. This is perfect for someone who’s just starting out making bread or doesn’t need all the fancy items. Has two baskets which is great for the recipes that are doubled. The lame is good and has extra blades. Has everything you need to start out

You get quite a bit for the price. The bannetons are a little on the small size but I like to make smaller loaves so they are perfect for me. The lame is sharp and works well.

I started my sourdough journey a few weeks back, started with the larger Bennetons and then I saw these and thought they’d be perfect for a few fun loaves k have planned. I ended up making “sample loaves†with these so I could test recipes that start with the same base and had varying inclusions.They’ve worked great so far! I’ve done the second rise both with and without the liner. I do much prefer them without the liner and use a spray bottle and sprinkle flour in them to help with sticking.I’ve given at least a dozen of these small loaves away, and haven’t had a bad review yet. So we’ll keep using them.
