5 stars for customer service.I did not request a refund. The company contacted me to resolve the issue. I'm honestly shocked. I put three numbers on my house. The front yard is completely shaded. They were on flat, clean siding and fell off in one day.

Large enough to view from the road for deliveries I put this and the alphabet also on my white front door. Hasn’t changed or fallen off and my door faces direct sunlight early in the daytime. I purchased these in September 2024 and still going strong.I highly recommend them and the 5inch size is great.

Bought last week nd arrived fast however when we put it on the door it fell off after a few moments and broke.

I was skeptical about this sticking on a brick surface. Still hanging on even in freezing temperatures.
