Trying to find folders with expandable bottoms and some pretty colors was difficult for me. All the pretty ones didn't have the expandable bottoms. I know, pretty isn't the most important thing but if I have to file my tax papers in something I might as well have something pretty to put something I hate in. I liked that there were three of the same color so I will be able to identify the year by the color they are in. That makes it easier to grab everything at once. These are fairly sturdy and easily hold quite a lot of papers and still fasten the snap.

Overall a great product. Seems sturdy and the multiple pockets have allowed me to organize my paperwork has I wanted. My only issue is the size. Some of my folder are far from full but I struggle to close them with the edges of my documents getting slightly bended.

I just received these expanding folder today and have already but them to use! I would not consider these file folders overly sturdy (the plastic is thin) but for the average person with average use, they might be alright.I bought these file folders to store and organize large amounts of different weights of paper and card stock to make my easier to store and identify when printing. The 5 different colors are just right for my needs. While the folders will do me until I find something studier, I do not feel these folders will hold up over the long haul of using them, especially the snap closure. I agree with others, who have mentioned they are not confident the snap closure will hold up; however, if the snap fails, I can can always install another snap unless the area around the snap hole is torn.

I love being able to organize each class by a color and then have a way to transport all the papers to and from home to grade. These have withstood daily use for a semester and are still in tact. YAY

I shall spend next week sorting personal papers and filling these colored plastic folders with my older, but ongoing projects that now take up too much room in my file drawers, like taxes, medical and legal stuff that I now rarely use but want to keep handy on my office shelves.Ann

Love the see-thru snap envelopes. Will probably need another dozen !! Each grandchild’s art work labeled.Another for current monthly medical info, one for car-related stuff ( insurance,new tires info, oil changecoupons. One in my car holding current fast food coupons,grocery coupons and on and on and on…
