Has LEDs for OK, CH and CC/CV. Appears to be genuine National/TI LM2596 and LM358 chips. Purchased in April 2023.

Bad quality. LEDs fell off the PCB upon arrival, and it’s not due to bad packaging. I was able to repair some, but it took me quite some time to get them to work.

I've had several high-power series-LED strips, and these proved vital in quickly prototyping a constant-current output solution without needing a wasteful current-limiting resistor.Andreas Spiess on YouTube has a good "how-to" on these units and how they work. Ultimately, when looking at the units with the potentiometers on top, the order is voltage adjust, charge LED indicator adjust (only useful for charging batteries), current limit (constant current) adjust.

I used these to current-limit strings of 12v LED garden lights. I was aiming for 120mA and 8 of the 10 supplies had no problem going that low (86mA seemed to be the bottom end) but 2 of the 10 could only be reduced to 220mA. I don't know if it was a defect or just a different potentiometer value substituted during a parts shortage, or what. Had to order another 5 pack to get the two replacements and a few spares to cover any upcoming failures. They run cool at low currents like that, so 10 in an enclosure seems like it will be ok.

Works really great. No burnouts, and keeps stable regulation. However, be forewarned that in order to adjust the regulation down, you need to have an output load (a 200 Ohm, 1/2 Watt resistor works fine). Then after that, you can use it on the load you intent.

These are a convenient little board for converting voltage and/or limiting current - there just weren't any instructions.Instructions were fairly easy to find on the web and did a good job of explaining the three mostly unlabeled adjustments.The individual boards snap apart cleanly and I didn't have any damage to any just snapping them by hand.These are small enough that where heat won't be a problem, they can even be placed inside fairly small places - I used two inside the head of machine lights to control the LED's.Adjustability is great but could lead to confusion if you can't actually meter the voltage and current while setting these up - you really need to be able to see both while tuning.Great versatile little board - needs a little knowledge to use.

5V、700mA、5WのLEDに使用しました。調整ツマミについて簡単な説明書が付いているとさらにベター。電流値はわからないので低い電圧からこわごわ昇圧。光量の充分なところでストップ。安定しています。ヒートシンクと放熱ファンは付いていますがLEDは無理は禁物でしょう。

外装のみ傷ありのアウトレット品を購入。1個は到着時点で電解コンデンサが脱落。２個目は動作するもののコイルやパワートランジスタを上から抑えると電流、電圧が変動する。３個目は大丈夫そうで様子を見ながら使用中。トグルスイッチのみがピン挿入で、他はSMDの模様。かつ板と銅配線の密着があまりよくなさそうなのでそのせいか動作があんまり安定しない感じがする。車載を考えているけれど振動があると厳しいか？ちなみにトグルを上にした状態で、左が電圧、右が電流の調整用。真ん中は、右についているLEDの出力モード調整の模様(OK、CH、CC/CV のLEDあり)
