I was looking for nursery trays that were big enough to hold dozens of 3 inch planters with cuttings from my jade plant. I also needed trays with no holes so I could easily water all the plants from the bottom. I compared several sizes and brands, but ultimately choose these because the dimensions seemed best for holding the most planters while fitting nicely under my grow lights.These trays arrived quickly and in great condition. They can hold four rows of six 3-inch planters (24 planters per tray). They are made from a thick plastic, which allows the trays to maintain sturdiness even when they are full of plants. These trays are deep enough that my planters remain firmly in place while I'm moving them around.I filled three trays with 72 planters and I still have two more trays left. I'm very happy with these nursery trays and I'll definitely buy these again when I need more.

I purchased these carrying/water trays that go with the 24-cell RooTrimmer "Flowerpot Moving Tray". The moving tray keep plant pots stable within a plastic grid and fits perfectly within this water tray. It took 3 separate purchases, over a period of months, to get the right product! Even when replacements were sent by the seller, the WRONG items were sent again! Unfortunately, this resulted in several trips to the post office to return the wrong items. Trying to resolve the issue with the seller was a nightmare! Multiple emails per day and difficult communication.Let's get to the review of the correct item. Once I got the correct items, they are great! They are very sturdy and stable. The plastic is molded with extra thick cross bars on the underside of the tray to prevent bending or warping. The trays fit perfectly with the coordinating 24-cell "Flowerpot Moving Tray". I have 3 sets of moving trays and only two sets of water trays, so I will be ordering more. They fit great on my plant shelf (metal shelving with LED grow lights). The only downside: I wish they were the size of a standard 1020 tray or that the company also sold coordinating vented humidity domes. I grow a lot of carnivorous plants. When I travel, I need to put humidity domes over my plants to keep them from drying out. I will probably put the trays within large clear plastic bags when I travel, as an alternative to having actual humidity domes.

From first glance it looks flimsy, however, it is very sturdy and feels of good to great quality. I wouldn't have believed it till I saw it at a local nursery that vouched for them and swares that it's the best! They weren't wrong! Very sturdy and Great for cactus potting. I wished they had a larger version for the 3.7" square pots. These work great with the 2.7" pots that have a mid base of 2". Fits like a glove and very light. I would love to buy more if I had a big back yard and nursery style set-up. 5 pack of this is 120 plants!!!!!

I purchased a 5-set of the white Moving Tray and a 5-set of the white Holding Tray. Both are very well made, of excellent quality and fit together very well. When I bottom water the pots and after waiting about 10 minutes I move the pots, in the moving tray, from one holding tray to another and just throw away the excess water from the 1st holding tray, so easy. I am just a little old lady learning how to grow from seeds. This makes my experimentation so enjoyable.

These work even better than I expected. They fit solo cups very well, especially the square bottom cups. I plan to use these to move seedlings to the garden. I haven't tested them with plants, so time will tell if they end up top heavy.

I only had these for less than a week but I can already tell from the thickness of these trays that they will last for a long time. The size of them are a bit unconventional since they're not the standard 1020 size, but they work just fine for me because I use various sizes of nursery pots and just wanted a tray to be able to hold a bunch of them and to use as a drip tray.

These little pots and carriers are FABULOUS! They are nice and sturdy, and the pots have plenty of little drainage holes in the bottom. I have 1 set already full of seedling tomatoes and hope to get another set for my peppers! High recommend

It's always frustrating when a company designs a product that can only be used with other proprietary products from a company; that's what RooTrimmer has done with these trays.They are too wide to fit inside standard 1020 trays; which are the standard size trays that EVERY grower uses. There is absolutely no reason to design them this way, other than to FORCE customers to also have to purchase their INSANELY priced trays.I probably wouldn't be so upset if their trays were the same price as all the other trays on the market... But they're sooooo much more expensive.I feel like I have been taken advantage of with this purchase... I would have just sent them back and gone with another brand, however, it would have cost more than I could justify in returning it. Will not be happening again. Moving forward, I will purchase my carrying trays elsewhere.
