Instructions:
1) Clean and dry the tile seam before using.
2) Shake the pen body up and down before use to make the ink in the pen tube evenly mixed.

4) Press down the pen for several times until the ink oozes out, and draw a line along the gap 1-2 times with an interval of 1 hour each time.

Easy to use and does the job. The best thing I liked about it is that it easily wipes off tile w a paper towel. It is darker than expected to make note.

Product arrived quickly and worked well but the amount of sealer in the pen was sad. I had a small bathroom I was freshening and 5 pens did not even do a quarter of it. I ordered a different product for less money from another company and finished the entire floor including going over what I had done already completely with 3 pens.

I got these because they were a good price for so many and I needed all of them to do my kitchen. It looked great and was super easy to apply and clean up when it went off the grout. It has been on for about a week, I had a spill and had to wipe it and all the paint where wiped came off and is back to original color.

I have some older tile floors that was originally done before I owned the house in white grout. I tried everything to clean it. Decided to go with this. Takes time to get done but well worth it. I'm going to buy another pack. I have a lot of tile grout to do. Changing it to gray has covered up really well.

These pens lasted me 5 years in a high traffic area in my mudroom. Just retouched the space, and it looks good as new! The key is to THOROUGHLY clean the grout and apply multiple layers.

I bought these pens because they were a lot cheaper than other options. We have a large area of floor to cover, so it seemed like a practical choice. However, I wasn’t happy with the hard tips, which made it difficult to apply the pen on the uneven surfaces of the grout. Eventually, I went back to the more expensive pens, which made the job much easier. If your grout lines are very fine—less than 1/8 inch or so—these pens might work. If not, they can actually make the job harder.
