I really like this set! I've even put them in the dishwasher( top shelf) without any breakage. The bamboo color is nice and so far they're scratch resistant. They arrived in a box individually plastic covering. I like the size and feel of them and since you get Spatulas, Spoon, Spaghetti Strainer Spoons ect that makes them very functional in your cooking. I would buy these again.

I wanted to get away from plastic. I know there's not a lot of science behind plastic being bad, but with some of my silicone utensils, I could taste a little "silicone-y" aftertaste with some foods. So, I wanted wood. I've been using these everyday for quite a while now, and I love them. While I typically handwash, you can throw these in the dishwasher (I have a 3rd top shelf that's a little gentler than the bottom). So far, no wear and tear...and NO aftertaste. If you want wood, these are perfect.

Overall I really enjoy these, although I don't use the pasta spoon often and when I did, one of the teeth broke immediately. I do use the rest of these utensils daily, and they are a good value for the price.
