Has worked great for a few months. What one should know which they font tell you because I suppose it should be intuitive (but was not yo me) was that you have to space it correctly to fit larger size (like 20oz coke plastic bottles). The default spacing seems to be for 16oz water bottles. Not knowing that, I cut off the ends of my parallel rods on the first one I bought because I thought they were too long. The other thing which I guess should have been common sense is that you have to move the pusher all the way back till it stays in place for easy loading. After you have a fully loaded row, simply push the the first loaded bottle gently once from the front and it'll release the pusher. Duh, right?
