At first I thought the doughnut cushion was a bit on the small side, but after using it a few days, I grew accustomed to it and now I think it is sized appropriately. I think you want it fitting on your chair without it hanging over the edge. The memory foam is nice, and seems to be holding up well so far.

I fractured my tailbone while snowboarding and this pillow gave me wonderful relief while in a seated position. It's really comfortable and provides just enough support to take the pressure off of your coccyx. I did leave it in my car overnight when it ended up dropping into the low 30's and it did turn the seat pretty hard in the morning, so make sure you don't leave it anywhere cold for a long period of time. It's really light, but will add about 2" to your driving height. Easy to adjust car height based on that.

I have a broken tailbone and sitting at y desk at work was very painful. This has been the best product. I feel no pain while sitting on it. I even used it while driving on our last vacation, without it I don't think I could have made the 12 hour drive.

This pad is well-made. It has a non-slip underside which keeps the pad from slipping off my leather chair or off my wood dining chair. It's O shape allows me to position my thighs along the sides of the O and my sacral area on the rounded top of the O. The pad is super comfortable, even immediately after surgery to my tailbone.. The pad is designed with a slightly thinner indented area where the tailbone touches the pad. It is perfect for a bony tailbone. It is cool to touch, not sweaty like other seat pads. I'm buying a second one for work.

It’s hard not to like this seating pillow, the quality is excellent and strong and forms real comforting posture regardless the seating conditions or style in how you use it, you really get what you pay for, the design was fully functional and thought out when putting it together, this seating support want be falling apart in a few months, it’s comfort and durability will last for many years under all types of conditions and use, great pain relief as well and easy to travel with

After a fall that severely bruised my tailbone, the ER doctor recommended using a donut pillow. This pillow is an immense help in being able to sit. I researched donut pillows on line and found this one to be the best. I'm pleased with my choice.
