Love these travel size watercolor sets! I bought these for my daughters for Christmas to go with a step by step watercolor book and I am so pleased with them. I love the tins they come in and the extra brushes as well. I'm a sucker for a good tin that holds everything in it for long term durability and use. I love that the design and color on the outside make these and fun option to grab on the go, and the quality of the paint is a great value for the cost. Would recommend if you are looking for a nice gift for yourself or someone else!

This kit has all of the basic colors and brushes you need to start out in watercolors. Open up YouTube to search "Watercolor for beginners" and you have your own private classes at home. Well worth the price. I bought a second set of these when they went on sale, the price was extraordinary compared to other kits. FIVE STARS

I bought this set for my grand daughter as an upgrade to the tempera paints and markers she's been using. She was excited to get a set with so many colors - though she does know how to mix them.As an artist myself, I thought the overall quality of the set was very good for ten bucks. A metal tin contains all but the set of brushes. The brushes were very nice and all but one were tapered. Great for teaching control and getting a finer line.I think this would be a fine beginner set for anyone wanting to explore watercolors in general.

They dry down a little chalky, but for the price I feel like they work great. Lots of pigment, flows pretty smooth. I wouldn't go into this thinking high-end watercolor, but for sure a very nice midrange set. Will purchase again.

My son loves this pallet. It's got a good mix of "professional" colors , with some Metallics and pearlescent. Plus it was such a steal!
