Cups were perfect size for my salad but missing multiple lids. Just make sure you count them upon receiving.

I buy plain Greek yogurt in 32oz containers. It's of course a lot but I can't stop myself to not eat too much. with these I can divide one into 4 cups and add some frozen fruit to it. When I eat them the fruits have thawed.I don't like that the lid is kind of open for a straw but it seems fine. I clean them after use and reuse them until they break. Now I don't overeat anymore.

The only neg I have is the kids are very hard to separate, and you often end up applying more than one. Otherwise they are perfect, absolutely great size
