This is basically tissue paper. You can make this yourself with tissue paper from the Dollar Tree. It's also super thin. I haven't tried to use it for pressing flowers yet. I hope it works well so I don't feel like I've wasted my money.

This "Blotter Paper" refill for flower press is nothing more than 6" X 8" sheets of tissue paper! (Most flower presses are larger, so you would have to use double the # of sheets to fully cover your flowers)Go to the your nearest dollar store, buy a pack of tissue paper, cut it to the size of your flower press and you will have more pieces than you would get here and you would not have spend $7.99!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. This is not blotter paper but regular try issue paper you can buy at any dollar store. I'm very disappointed, false advertising!
