Simply pull the backing off the envelope's flap to reveal an adhesive strip that can be folded over and pressed down to seal contents safely inside.

Moisten the strip of adhesive found on the envelope's flap and fold over to seal contents securely inside.
Flip & Seal!
No moisture is required, just flip up the bottom flap, fold over the top flap and press to secure contents safely inside.

Great envelopes. Comparable price to regular gummed envelopes elsewhere- my tongue really appreciates it! Or the mess of using water, etc on mass mailings. Nice quality, the flaps stick securely, work better when stuffing envelopes then the 'double flap' self stick vs. these 'peel off strip' type. Bought a box to check them out- liked them, just ordered more.

We use these envelopes to send out our monthly statements for our small business. They provide excellent security so that client information remains private as it is in transit. The adhesive strip is slim yet strong. This is our preferred security envelope, but it was unavailable during our last reorder and we had to use an alternate, which was subpar.

When we ordered these we made a mistake, we thought they were 2 window envelopes and when they arrived I went "oops". Could have sent them back but they were so well made, nice paper, nice strip, nice weight, nice everything. So then we decided to order 4 color address labels with our logo that turned out beautifully. 1,000 for just under $50 including freight. It is going to make our mail stand out, we will probably order these again.

I mainly use these for mailing QuickBooks checks. The window is in the right place and the address shows just right. I like that I don't have to lick envelopes!

Security of the envelope is good but the envelope is a bit thin. When you try to use the envelope through a printer the product is wrinkled and loses its form around the window. If using a label for return address on these you are good to go.

Although the glue sticks quite well, the strip is too high and too short to make a good seal. The result is having to use scotch tape to seal the corners and the bottom edge to stick down the flap properly. I understand there would always be a gap, but previous envelops sealed much closer to the edges. If the glue was moved down or at least extended towards the edge of the flap, would maybe buy again. Currency the need to use tape to secure the edges diminishes the value of the product.
