When the package arrived the ball bearings were inside the packaging. I was able to reinstall them through the hole for the grease zirk. Hopefully it is ok.

I bought 3 of this item. I greased them.befor installing. Turned on my pressure washer and immediately 2 leaked. The third one was put on one of the 2 and dod not leak. I was surprised because they seemed very well built.

Product came un assembled butbis fairly easy to put together. Seems to be of good quality. No issues yet!
