The overall product is great. Good ring terminals, soft wire. good rubber cover. I didn't look but longer wire choices would be good.

This KarlKers SB-50 compatible panel mount set is a reliable and convenient solution for my high-power electrical connections. As someone who frequently works with power equipment, I appreciate the robust design and ease of use these Anderson SB-50 compatible connectors offer.The 8AWG can take the 50A these connectors are rated for with minimal voltage loss. The crimps are done well, however there were a few stray strands outside of the crimps. This isn't really an issue due to the depth of the connectors and the included plugs.The Anderson-style "genderless" design is a major advantage, eliminating the hassle of dealing with male and female ends. While I've used solder in the past, investing in a hydraulic crimper has significantly streamlined the installation process. These connectors are fully compatible with Anderson SB-50 grey connectors, providing flexibility in my projects.It's crucial to note that these connectors are color-coded and keyed for safety, ensuring that only matching colors can be connected. However, I found it straightforward to modify the red connectors with a utility knife to make them compatible with the grey ones if needed.I also love the Anderson Powerpole connectors that are very similar but more compact. They are something to consider if you don't need anywhere near the 50A these can handle. I've started switching to SB50 for anything over 25 amps as I've found the Powerpole connectors can start getting a bit warm and don't have as secure of a connection.Overall, I'm highly satisfied with the performance and versatility of these connectors. The durable construction, ease of installation, and compatibility with Anderson SB-50 connectors make them an excellent choice for various applications, including power equipment, winches, and solar setups.

The overall quality of the connectors is good. I think they will work well for what I need. I’m a little unsure if the AWG of the wires is really 6, because they seem a little more flexible than I would expect, but that’s a subjective judgement. Once I have them installed, I’ll update my review if I see any issues.

This KarlKers 50a Anderson disconnect comes with a mountable connection and a mating plug. The reinstalled wires are extremely flexible and are labeled 8awg and 200•C. The wire jacket appears to be and feels like silicone. Both connectors have silicone plugs around the wires to help waterproof them. The mating plug has a silicone cover. The mounted connection has a flip top cover. The flip top cover is not spring loaded like the one description picture, but it does snap/click open and closed. The ring terminals are 3/8†or 10mm ring terminals. The crimped connections, while not the prettiest, are solidly crimped and make a good connection. I could not pull the wires out even though I pulled and tugged on them extremely hard, so I’m satisfied with the crimp. The mountable Anderson connector was installed in the mount crooked, but you can straighten it out by loosening the two screws, aligning it strait, and then tighten the screws back down.These could be used for a lot of different applications. For me, I’ll be using them for a DIY power station and use the mount for the box and connection to the battery inside. It has a cover and will give me an easy way to attach different different loads and chargers.I’m rating this 4 stars for the crooked mount, the crimps, and the mounted cover doesn’t have the spring loaded cover like the picture. As far as bang for your buck, at the time of this review this was $18.99 and that’s a pretty good price all things considered. I do think this is completely functional, but I’m picky and I would have liked to see a little more QC and attention to detail.

This is a useful cable set made with Anderson style connectors that mate with genuine Anderson connectors with no issues. The cables are similar to others from various vendors.I selected this set to install an protected SB-10 connector on a portable battery box. The cover works well and keeps dust and dirt out of the connector when not in use.

Convenient way to get to power without popping the hood on my truck. Easy to install, great fit, can't find any flaws with it. I use it for hooking up my compressor mostly.

I'm really impressed by the quality of this Anderson connector set. Everything seems like good quality that should last. I like that they included the screws so all I have to do is drill some pilot holes then hook up everything. A foot would have been good for building a battery box but the cables could have been a bit longer for my application; 3 feet would have been perfect.
