UV Filter
The ultraviolet (UV) filter prevents UV light from reaching the lens, helping increase clarity and reduce haze. As a result, your photos look crystal clear even in mountainous and coastal areas, where ultraviolet light is particularly strong.
CPL Filter
The circular polarizer filter (CPL), meanwhile, is essential for outdoor photography, as it deepens the intensity of blue skies and reduces or eliminates glare. (Note that the circular polarizer is designed expressly for autofocus cameras.) Polarizers provide color and contrast enhancement. Reflected light often shows up as whitish glare that washes out color in an image. A Polarizer corrects this problem producing deep, dramatically blue skies. It also removes glare from non-metallic surfaces, such as windows and water. Color saturation in general, especially outdoors, can be improved significantly. Think of it as sunglasses for your camera.
FL-D Filter
Finally, the kit offers an FLD filter which helps balance light in outdoor situations. FLD Filter provides correct color, removing harsh green cast caused by fluorescent bulbs. The CPL filter, in particular, has been useful for enhancing the colors and reducing glare in my landscape shots.However, I did notice that the auto focus was slightly slower when using the polarizer filter. Quality of lens equal to one priced much higher imho, same price for three lens delivered in nice, padded foldable carry/storage packet, fit lens like a champ, invisible glass on uv lens, would buy again.

Bought these as a way to protect my new lens on my Zf. They screw on smoothly and feel good for the price. Used it all weekend (so far) and I’m glad I have them in the cold, snowy weather. I feel more confident about using my camera without worrying about scratching the lens now!

They work great on my Coolpix p610. I used the UV filter to screw on the lens of my 610 then attached a wide angle macro lens to the filter works great. Had to use the filter attached to the 610 lens so the macro lens would not cause the 610 lens from totally retracting when shut off.

Lo que me gustó de estos filtros es que traen rosca para que después de poner un lente puedas poner otro sobre el que acabas de poner, no todas las marcas ofrecen esto.

Compre el kit por el filtro CPL para evitar reflejos en mis fotos, realmente no funciona como me esperaba
