This is a nice broom and dustpan set. The dustpan and plastic part of the broom are greyish white. (Or whitish grey). The bristles are soft bristles and are black. The poles look like brushed nickel or somewhere around that kind of look. It might be painted/powder coated because up close it looks like a very fine metal fleck paint. From a distance the poles look metal or grey. The poles are assembled from sections that are hollow and lightweight and screw together. Soft brown grip handles and loops at the top ends of the tools. The handles and heads are already attached so assembly is very easy and fast. The bristles are soft and not for sweeping heavy things or large amounts of matter. It works well for our needs; spot sweep up between daily vacuuming. There is a plastic fixture that allows the broom to be clicked into place and nest with the dustpan. It is very secure and works well. The set does not need to be leaned against a wall to stay upright. It supports itself. No odors or other issues to mention. Due to the photo, we thought it was white but it's not. However, it is closer to white than other colors. While to color is not what was expected, the function is good, and the sturdiness has surpassed our expectations. The handled dustpan is useful! Good value.

This broom is a great concept. It usually does what it should do. But, since the handle is in 3 pieces put together, it likes to fall apart occasionally. And yes, it is put together correctly. Also, I find the bristles too soft. My cheap dollar store broom has stronger bristles. But I do love the dustpan and how you can run bristles through it to remove hair, etc from them. And it's pretty. Lol. Just not very sturdy.

I never thought I’d find a broom with an aesthetic that actually fits my apartment, but this one does! It’s sleek and looks great, which is a huge plus for something you usually hide away.It gets the dust out of the way and definitely gets the job done. Of course, if you want a truly spotless and gleaming home, you’ll still need to mop and vacuum, but this is perfect for quick clean-ups.Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a functional yet stylish cleaning tool!

When I first got this as a gift from my sister, I was very excited! It worked great except I have 2 main issues after using it for a few years.1. The bristles get tangled, and bent, since they seem to be made of plastic. Even with the detangle part of the dustpan.2. As I used it, the broom would "swivel" so I had to readjust it - easy solution would be for the company to make it stronger to prevent that from happening.Ill add that the dustpan was very "static" so the hairs would stick to it and I'd have to manually wipe them into the garbage.Oh and I cant use it anymore because the broom handle broke in half! lol... the part that "screws" into the bottom pole - the metal broke so now it cant screw it at all. I will try to update with a photo when I get the chance.

My manager got these for us to use at work ( I work at a pet store so fur and feathers galore!) and it is by far the BEST broom I've ever used. The brissels do this fun wiggle that loosens everything off as you're sweeping. Usually fur and feathers just fly around as we sweep but this broom some how keeps everything neat and makes cleaning up SO much easier! (No more chasing fur bunnies across the floor!) I loved the one at work so much, I brought one for my home! ( We have 2 cats and 3 dogs) This makes cleaning our hardwood floors so much easier!!

I gave this three stars because it's already tore up. The sleeves that goes on the handle ripped on both the broom and dust pan. They ripped on their own. I love the dust pan. It's a decent size and I noticed I don't have to dump it out as much as I had to my last one. The broom is okay. It's taking me some time to get use to because of the bristles. They feel soft when you sweep, but now they I've had it for about a week or two it's growing on me. I just wish the sleeves lasted and it would stop coming apart. It's annoying having to stop just to tighten it back up.EDIT: I have had this for a full 2 months and ghe dustpan snapped on it's own. The broom handle is still coming done as well. I'm highly disappointed.

It works great - the dustpan gets close to the floor so most of the stuff goes in the first sweep. It's also so nice not to have to bend over to hold the dustpan on the floor while you sweep. I love it so much I bought a second one for upstairs.

Je viens d'être opérée de la hanche et ne pouvant pas me baisser c'est vraiment idéal ! J'ai 2 chats et ils adorent mettre la litière hors de la caisse, c'est génial pour ramasser ce que mes petits poucets sèment partout, même sur le tapis ! Pourquoi ne l'ai-je pas acheté avant !!!

Me habÃa encantado el diseño y su presentación, pero me ha desencantado. La escoba es muy endeble, el tubo es muy fino y no es estable, no se puede aplicar presión para barrer con ello. Esperaba más. El recogedor si me gusta pero me parece cara para no ser un pack completo por culpa de la escoba. No recomendarÃa su compra.
