This light cap kit was perfect for a small chandelier that I hung in my closet. It came with all the needed hardware pieces, and even had a screw closure link to attach the chain to the light. It is painted metal, not plastic, and seems durable. I would buy again if I ever need another one.

I bought lamps from overseas that required these kits in order to be hung properly. I looked high and low for the right color as this golden brassy metallic color was it. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Very well priced and decent quality and finish. The only problem is the pipe size is not a standard, so if your installation requires a longer threaded nipple you will be out of luck in finding it at your hardware store. Nirmal is either a 1/4 or 1/2 inch. This is something in between.

Used this to hang an older hand built stained glass light fixture to the ceiling. This attached perfect to the electrical box in the ceiling and all parts needed were included. Nice that they give you enough chain if you need more than what I used.
