Calibration Step:
Condition 1: Actuator had been removed from turbo: press IP Key - Assemble the Actuator with turbo and then - press IC Key
Condition 2: Actuator had been calibrated and assembled with turbo: press IC Key
Warning 1: Any time when Reset key is pressed, make sure Actuator had been removed from turbo, and then IP->IC
Warning 2: When IP success(digital tube display IP-S), make sure turbo gear is in the left limitation location and then assemble actuator. If not, calibration cannot success.
Operating voltage: 8-28V ((Usually 12V or 24V)
Operating temperature: -40~125°C

Way cheaper then the oem and worked great. Follow the youtube video for how to. Remeber to drain radiator first . Fairly easy fix..took me 2 hours start to finish.. hardest part is the bolts. I soaked mine in blaster while I waited for prime to bring thr part

Ordered part got it in time. I used for 4 months and it did not hold up at all. Installed it all good but when it came to calibration time it took 12 times of un hooking and hooking up with some uninstalling and reinstalling just to get it to calibrate half way not very strong or reliable very weak when towing and even just riding around. Save money and time get a city diesel actuator.

Its only been a few days, but part came in well packaged. Looks very well made and has all the parts need to program and install. Installed it and took about 1 minute to program, truck ran great! I will update if it changes in the next few months. I do believe my turbo is going out as the veins are hard to move, I thought for sure this would not work due to the vein gear being so hard to move, but it worked, I imagine that if it stops then it is more my turbo needs a good cleaning which I will do next, or the turbo needs a rebuild. For the price if it works then it is a great deal.

Seems to work just fine! my exhaust brake works again and the turbo is doing what is meant to do! lets see how long it last, but I would buy again.

After months of CEL's and turbo not spooling and no engine brake, I decided to try this budget actuator. It's only been a few miles, but turbo and engine brake are working better than the past 5K miles or so. Calibration was simple with the OBD calibration module. I'll edit post if I have any issues.

Installed it wasted a whole day it never cycled and the “calibration tool†that plugged into the obd2 port only ever flashed one light it was a complete of time and money and took them a 10 days before they decided to give me my money back

Needed a actuator asap! I was skeptical but after reading reviews I decided to give it a try. Installation is easy. Calibration is easy! Just follow the simple steps. I had no issues with this. Drove over 1000km the next day with it. Engine brake works great. I do recommend especially considering the price and how quickly it came. People that left bad reviews probably had a defective unit or couldnt follow very simple instructions.

The unit calibrated and fixed all my vgt issues. I think the most important part is making sure your turbo actuator arm is still moving freely without any binding before purchasing any actuator. Been on for 2 weeks and working great will update if I have any issues

Works fine and price is about $3000 cheaper but we will see how long it last but been on on for 2 months
