Nice ladder but you don't get all the parts and can't find how to just order the parts.

Although the assembly was a little difficult. The instructions weren’t as thorough as in needed to be. But there weren’t many pieces that needed to be put together either so I was able to figure it out.Once assembled, the ladder is very sturdy and easy to use! I purchased an upper bunk for my 14 year old son‘s room and the ladder is straight up and down on the end of the bunk that is difficult to use. This ladder purchase was to make it easier to maneuver up and down on that upper bunk for teens or even someone adult size. Once the ladder was set up on the end, my son wants to sleep up there every night and has for the last month! I’m very happy with my purchase😄
