Very easy to put together

Top part kept popping off, had difficulty with the metal wire clamps, netting wasn't labeled for long and short side, had to remove top pole and use the two extra clamps to stabilize the structure across the top. I guess you get what you pay for. It will be good enough for this year's crops, but I am pretty disappointed. Had the design been better, I would have ordered several more of them.

I have not begun my climbing veggies/fruits yet, but I have no worries that this trellis system by SunPro will do the job.I have looked at every part and been satisfied with the build quality...this should last many seasons. It comes with 9 rods which have a steel interior (rolled steel, not solid), and is coated in a green colored plastic. The accompanying attachments, are well built with the tension clips being made from solid metal, and seem very strong. They throw in a nice pair of white cotton gloves to boot with rubber dots palm side for gripping. My wife appreciated that. I like to get dirty so she gets another pair.At first glance I thought the netting would be the weak point, which makes some sense since the plants will be having their way with it for months at a time. Yes, it will probably wear out faster than the frame, but I must say the netting seems light...but it's quite strong...sort of wiry.We will go with summer squash and then tomatoes with this. I already have my tomatoes plants grown and the fruit is ripening now (we grow right through the winter down here). Squash will be the first contender with this trellis system. I think you could grow any vegetable or fruit that is heavy on the vine...this trellis will hold it all.Nice system, well built, and I expect at least two or three years before the netting goes on me. I just repair as I go anyways. So for the price, this is a good deal, a semi permanent system for your garden and a way to get volume for a small space.

I have several trellises of similar materials and construction, this one is average in quality. Fine for beans, peas, cherry tomatoes, flowering vines. Probably not heavier crops like squash, gourds, etc. What sets this one apart is the A-frame design that makes storage easy when not in use. The A-connectors did pop off a few times during the simple assembly and when moving it into position, but once the legs are the proper distance apart it holds just fine and is sturdy enough. I like that the legs are one long solid piece instead of shorter lengths spliced together,it is super fast to assemble but more importantly one less place for water to get inside to deteriorate the metal. It's a good size for making the most of small spaces, growing vertically is always smart when you can for air circulation as well as efficiency, and this gives you a good surface area on both sides without overwhelming a small space. Then you just fold it up to store it, without having to unclamp or disassemble anything. (I often see lovely DIY versions constructed of wood frames and hinged at the top, but who has the time and how long will they last with watering and elements? Plus they're heavier to move and prone to harboring bugs.)If saving space, easy storage, and a decently sized growing area are your priorities, this trellis is a good option.

This product should be sold with a warning to be careful around pets. My little Chihuahua got tangled up in this and strangled herself before I could get her cut out. You cannot pull it apart with your hands. By the time I ran inside and got a pair of scissors it was too late. 💔

This Cucumber Trellis for climbing plants is very impressive. All the parts are light and easy to assemble. The triangular set up assures a solid fountain that is rock solid. We've already had several super windy days and this trellis came through with flying colors.I had a shorter run than the typical full length of the rods, but updating it to fit the pieces to fit our particular needs was easy. The netting went up easily and is steady using the clips. The cucumbers are doing great climbing the trellis so far.I'm very pleased with this trellis. I'll have to see how it does as far as durability, take down and storage and generally how it does over timeI'll update this review should there be any durability or other issues.

As a cucumber gardener who considers each vine a member of the family, this cucumber trellis is the luxury high-rise my green darlings deserve. This trellis isn't just a structure- it's a vertical utopia for my cucurbit companions. The A-frame design offers my cucumbers a sturdy ladder to the heavens, allowing them to bask in the sun and avoid the damp soil below. It's like watching my own little Jack and the Beanstalk saga, minus the giant and the golden eggs, but with a bounty of crunchy cukes. The foldable feature means I can tuck it away during the off-season, though I'm tempted to leave it out as a modern art piece. The trellis stands firm against the elements, much like my unyielding passion for homegrown pickles. It doesn't just support plants- it showcases them in all their climbing glory, turning my garden into a living gallery of green.

I had high hopes for this trellis this summer but alas that shall not be. It was easy to put together and I really liked how it was foldable and moved around. However when we went to set it up it stretched a little too far and the joint snapped on one of the poles. It's not entirely unusable and for $30ish I didn't expect it to last forever but if that little bit of pressure snapped a joint I'm not sure how well it would fare with all the weight of my climbing plants.
