I was very excited and hopeful when I got this so that I could mark my handmade items with a seal. This embosser hardly works though -- it will work on super thin paper, like tissue paper or gift wrap, but it doesn't make a good impression on anything thicker than that. I specifically wanted to use it on cardstock and there's a little impression around the edges, but the center doesn't press at all. This was very expensive to have it not work. I'm very disappointed.
