You cannot use the decimals on these displays. They are hardware disabled. The title is misleading.

Of the 5 included, only 3 worked properly; the other two had segments that refused to light up. These are virtually useless for prototyping and learning purposes because their unreliability makes it too hard to know where the fault lies without wasting time and effort testing. The only reason these aren't complete garbage is because, despite the 40% failure rate, the ones that aren't broken do actually function.
