Our plumber installed it when we remodeled out bathroom and it looks awesome. The small strainer inside work good but if you have long hair, you’d have to clean the strainer regularly…do not loose the little tool they give you to pull strainer out or you’ll have fun getting it out. Overall, we like it and it looks good

Easy to install. Works well. The drain filter will backup from time to time which you pick up the drain grate and the metal filter comes right out to remove any hair that gets stuck. Way easier to clean than a standard cheese grater style shower drain. Plus it’s cheaper than the drains at HD or Lowe’s

Fairly thin gauged stamped sheet metal. Will fit into a standard oatley drain base. Feels somewhat cheap, but is fairly flat and usable.

Looks great in our bathroom and works perfectly. Can also be flipped over to be used in a different design. Very easy to install, fits great, and is very sturdy. Very easy to clean and the finish is very durable. The tile inside stays firm for a clean look. Overall, a great product and we are very happy with our purchase.

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the drain system installed in our remodeled restroom last year. The system we ordered is severely flawed and is not recommended for use. Specifically, it is not properly connected to the drain and lacks adequate sealing, and its overall quality does not meet the required standards.As a result, the system leaks significantly, causing water to drift into our downstairs restroom. This defect has led to the collapse of our ceiling and walls, forcing us to repair both our upstairs and downstairs restrooms. Initially, we suspected a problem with our water pipes; however, after a professional plumber’s inspection, it was determined that the issue is directly related to the faulty drain installation.I have attached photographs documenting the damage and the defective installation. Our restroom is currently undergoing remodeling due to these issues, which is causing considerable inconvenience and expense.This is NOT AND NEVER RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE. IF YOU DONT WANT IT TO COST YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO FIX JUST LIKE US.1 : the drains i purchased and installed last year2 : the shower floors are currently in remodeled and fixiNg / changing the drains.3 : the ceiling of downstairs restrooms got soaked in water that got drifted from the shower .4 - 5 : the wall got soaked in water from the upstairs shower.6 : The downstairs restroom ceiling got collapsed and we have to try to keep it hanging because the light fixture there.
