Upgraded from PSA style sander to hook and loop and also added this interface pad to increase to add the ability to final sand up to edges.

This extra think soft padding is great for buffing and sand hard edges , it’s doesn't burn thru the paint while. Buffing

This product worked well, but was a little more squishy than expected. I would order the thinner version if you want something that wont deform too much with pressure.

Pad started off good but the hook and loop doesn't hook the loop very well anymore. Meaning pad must be on surface before machine is started. But that only holds for so long before you have to shut down and recenter on tool.
