I actually got these as a final filter on my honey harvest. I already use this for filtering honey coming out of the extractor. This disposable filter is perfect as a final filter to catch anything that got though the metal strainer. It's small enough to fit over some 1 gal. buckets I have, or even fit over the top of the metal strainer. The 250 micron mesh is a good size to get almost all debris out of the honey. It can be rinsed out and reused, but I don't expect to use them more than a couple times before they are clogged with wax and propolis that will be impossible to get out.

These paint strainer bags work great for filtering particles and clumps out of my old paint. I thought they were disaposable, based on the title, but the description says they are reusable. I have washed a bag out and re-used on the same day, but then ended up throwing it out at the end of the day. At this price you can always get more. Good quality and does the job. Very happy with these.
