I bought these to add windows to an outdoor playhouse. They do the job great. They are nice and sturdy. Not best picture of hinge use, but it gives the idea.

I needed 24" hinges for some large storage crates I'm building, but putting together two of these black 12" hinges did the job beautifully and for a LOT less. I bought a couple other brands to compare and these were the ones I kept because the leaves were a little thicker and there was less play in the hinge. And for what it's worth, I found the black to look better with the unfinished ply and 1x2s of the crates.

The screws sit a little proud of the hinge leaf. They don’t seat into the countersink screw hole recesses.
