I love these chef caps. During long periods in the kitch, I don't want to be shedding hair in my food - especially when making foods for others. (I would be horrified if someone found a hair in my baked goods!) These caps fit perfect, has an elastic adjustment in the back - easy breezy. You don't even know they are on your head, they are so lightweight. They wash up great too.

I have long hair and a pony tail just never seems to be enough. I started using knit caps and that worked, but I was uncomfortably warm. Then I bout this chefs cap and it is nice and cool and causes no discomfort-- not only does it look great, it is easy to pull my hair inside the mesh cap and keep hair out of the way while cooking. It washes easily too (I put it with delicates in a mesh bag). Love it so much I bought one for my mom who loves it as well. She has short hair and can't pull her hair up with a ponytail so this chefs hat works well for her as well as all she has to do is tuck her hair inside. Plus she says she feels so professional while cooking :)

As I age my hair is falling out more easily and I detest finding a hair in food. This was my solution so I wear them while cooking and baking. I haven’t found an easy way to get it on and it wants to fall forward in my face but it works. I also look a little dorky….not as cute as your model but again it does the job much better than clips or a shower cap. I also use a lint roller before I start cookingl

These hairnets are wonderful. The elastic is in the back rather than on the forehead and they are made of a comfortable material, so they are not irritating. There is plenty of space for thick long hair. They are much sturdier than other hairnets I have used so they can be run through a washing machine with aprons and the like. The sturdiness and the small mesh also means they contain my hair well -- plus, I think they will last well. I don't mind wearing these at all, and I strongly recommend them.

This is not warm. I rated it five stars anyway, because that's the point of it and I assumed it was a mistake. They are extremely comfortable and stay on all day on my almost abnormally small head, even when removing jackets and doing slightly more labor intensive tasks than cooking while at work. Beats the terrible hair nets that would get stuck to every rough patch on my hands that I, you know, cook and do dishes with all the time. I barely even notice it's on unless my very determined hair slips out and gets in my way again, but I don't blame the caps for that. Brands have yet to invent a hair product that can contain my very smooth and straight hair. It does what it wants and what it wants is straight down.A coworker even asked me if I would get her some for Christmas.

I got these for home cooking to keep from getting hair in the food. My Rx makes my hair fall out. I don't want it getting on my clothes or into my cooking. So much better than old style hair nets.

I was looking for a mesh cap for plopping my long wavy hair to let it air dry a little after washing. I wanted something like my slouchy beanie sleep cap, but in breathable mesh. These caps were much smaller than my sleep caps, I found it difficult to get all my hair in, but that was kind of expected since these were meant for food service and I'm using them for a different purpose, so I can't really complain about that.I was somewhat disappointed to find the elastic doesn't go all the way around. There's only a couple inches of elastic on either side of the adjustment. I expected the elastic to go all the way around. It would be a better fit if it did.There is also a large hole at the back at the elastic adjustment. That makes it very difficult to get all my hair in because it keeps falling out the hole.The description and pictures didn't match, so I wasn't sure what I would get, but I'm very happy with 2 red, 2 blue, and 2 black as pictured.Overall, they are well made, they work for what I'm using them for, and I'm happy with my purchase.
