These refills are easy to install in the adult diaper pail. They fit perfectly and don't have unnecessary drag when emptying and changing bags out.

I bought the can system when my husband had a stroke and needed something to put his diapers in. This is an adult diaper geni, But I am thinking about getting another to use as a bathroom can. Cost saving on trash bags and it keeps the trash out of sight which is very effective for a bathroom
