Probably. not many folks will come to this listing for such uses ~ but I needed some round charcoal filters to control the odors I exhaust out doors when engraving (especially) ~ these readily fit my ducts and controls the odor of outgoing exhaust well enough to keep the neighbors from complaining! They work well.

Full disclosure I do not own the domed litter box that these are intended for but I do own a hoodie litter box that uses carbon filters. The box I own came with little bags (3) of carbon the go inside a vented compartment on the top of the enclosure. The bags don't do a very good job of covering the vent holes, nor does the company to date offerer replacement carbon filters. We have a kitten that produces horrendous smelling BMs and isn't great about covering them so an alternative was definitely needed.I measured the filter compartment and went shopping. These are a little large but are easily trimmed with scissors to fit perfectly. They're nice and thick, and I'm sure they'll be much more effective than what was included with the box. For the price ($9.99 at time of review for 6 filters) I will definitely order again.

I don't have a cat! But I do have 2 countertop compost bins. I thought I would give these a try. I use carbon charcoal filters for each of these bins, and thought that these filters - the right size - should work. I was right. I've been using them for a little over a month now, and am pleased with how well they absorb the smell/odor, especially in warmer weather.I did an experiment and used the filters designed for table-top compost bins on one bin and these on the other bin. They worked equally well. So, while these are designed for litter boxes, they also work with my compost bins.

I got these to use in my kitchen counter compost bin. They fit in the lid well and didn’t need to be cut down to size; so, very easy for me to use and they help reduce compost odor. I like that they are individually wrapped, too. These are a great value for the price.

They help with the odor, but only up to a point--I actually put more than one on, in an attempt to absorb more. And I use a good odor-absorbing litter. I was hoping these would make more of a difference--there's only so much you can do, I guess.

These replacement filters fit my cat's dome litter box great. I'm not sure if they do make a difference in the odors but I do like to use them in case they really do help. I like the multi pack so I can have them on hand to change out every month.
