So many chip clips are TINY! What good does that do when you are trying to close a family size bag of chips following a party? I did much searching, both at stores and online, before ordering these. Most clips came in a set with two or three tiny clips and one large clip, if that. This set of six may be more than I usually need, but after our Christmas parties I was watching chips go stale.They work very well, seem reasonably stable and sturdy. I’m very happy!

I guess these clips were designed to hang on hooks, and the two prongs you grasp to open it are further apart than most clips, so it's a little awkward to me. But they are sturdy and do the job. Most clips lose their grip after a while, but these seem to have a very strong spring and a ridged area that actually clips to the bag to prevent slippage, so hopefully they'll hold up for a good while... especially at this price point. You get what you pay for, right?
