Very effective! Pretty cheeply made though! I had to re glue both ends of the wire on all of them. Gave half of them away to friends. They were all impressed how well they worked.

Be careful, the dragonflies come off very easily. They are lightly attached to clip with a rubber cement. I would not recommend

I bought these to clip onto my riding lawn mower and hopefully keep some of the smaller bugs away from me. It seems to have worked but I had to hot glue several of them before ever using and the metal the clips are is SUPER weak and flimsy.It's a super cute idea so I gave 3 stars but I'm bummed that I will now need to make my own because it's just not worth buying again with how bad the clips were.

So far NO flying pests- gnats, mosquitoes, deer flies or greenhead flies. But then, it'swinter right now. So i look odd walking aboutwith a colored dragonfly waggling over my hat.This doesn't work at night. Not at all. So if mosquitoes are your problem, and it's dark out,the sellers have fooled me :-)Can't wait to try it in season, in the bush. REAL dragonflies are amazing at eating troublesomepest flies.

The product it's self is really cheaply made. Most of the dragonflies were even attached to the clip. But it can be fixed with hot glue. The reason for getting them was to repel mosquitos and that they do!We live near a water source and during the summer the are so bad. Putting these in our back yard helped so much.

We have bad deer flies and the concept works great. This product however failed to work well. They are hot glued to a clip and it doesn’t stay attached and they won’t stay in a fixed position. Cheaply made but they are very pretty and the wings are very real looking. Just not a quality made item.

My husband and I go camping every year in the UP and if you’ve ever been you know waterfall chasing and deer flies can be bad combo. Laugh as he did when I clipped this baby to my hat and walked off towards the woods ready to face the woods. Sure it might have looked a little silly but my dragonfly looked great! I was the one laughing when the deer flies flew in his direction. These came in a pack of six, great life like size, bright color, sturdy, hold the position, are poseable. Definitely worth it! Wifey and dragonfly clips for the win! I even used these by the campfire to keep bugs away from my food.and a great price!

I've seen a lot of reviews that talk about how these are cheap because the glue breaks or comes off. Wow, some glue snapped during shipping, get a lighter and hold the glue under a flame for a few seconds, problem solved! Geeze, lazy folks can be so sassy. Also, these dragonflies really do work! We've tried citronella candles on the back porch, but ever since we put these dragonflies out, we haven't felt the need to light the candles anymore. Also, we put them on our riding mower and aren't bothered by bugs when we're mowing anymore.
