Product arrived on time and was intact, each slate is individually bubble wrapped for protection. It was easy to engrave and end up with a great product.

Very happy with these! Engraved these with our XTool M 1 ultra. Worked perfectly. Loved that these were individually wrapped for protection. They’re on the thinner side but they are durable and great quality. Great value. Great size. Will definitely order more! Love love love!!

Pretty heavy package that came slightly damaged. But, there was an inner cardboard package that survived. Four of the square tiles had slightly broken corners, despite the fact that each was individually wrapped in a bubble wrap sleeve. Round tiles were all OK. Engraving surface is pretty flat and should etch nicely. Four rubber/silicone feet were attached to the bottoms and shouldn't mar any surface they are placed on. But many of the feet could have been placed more uniforly. No big deal though.

The slate coasters are great in general. Out of the first 7 i used, 1 had a significant edge chip. Another missing the foam tab on the bottom. They have individual bubble wraps which is helpful when repackaged after engraving.

I loved the fact that they came with the foam feet already. All I had to do was laser engrave them, packed them up and ship them out. Easy.

I could not obtain a decent laser engraving due to the cut of the slate which was very disappointing.
