This filter fit perfectly on my PUR PFM800HX. I don’t have any instruments to measure water purity, so I can only rely on my own perception. From what I can tell, the water tastes just as clean and fresh as it did with the original filter. Installation was quick and easy, and I didn’t notice any leakage or issues. Considering that the pack includes six filters, the cost is nearly three times lower than the original replacements. This makes it a great budget-friendly alternative without compromising on quality. So far, I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

These replacement filters for my Pur Water filter works just as they should. They arrived just in time for me to replace the one I was using at the time. Decent price for a 6 pack. Would buy again.

I live in a city infamous for lead-contaminated water, so I tend to focus on proven filters for lead reduction. These unlabeled filters come in unmarked sleeves, with a box that states “EPA Est. No. 95007-CHN-1†on its lid. I can find no listing for that establishment number on the United States EPA website. NSF International has no listing for Cabiclean as a manufacturer nor PSTTU-1213 as a model number. Research does show that Coconut Activated Carbon can remove lead from wastewater.Water from the filter does taste the same as from a standard PUR® filter. Since the lead issue has finally been resolved in my city, I do continue to use the filter primarily for taste instead of protection and these filters offer a good value in that regard. I will not use them if concerns about contamination arise once more.Full disclosure: I ordered this 6 Pack Water Filter Replacement through the Amazon Vine program.
