We bought these weighted balls to help our son (age 11) with follow through with batting and to avoid hitting high pitches. Very happy with durability and weight.

These are heavy and soft. Great for training in our small backyard so they don't go very far and end up in the neighbor's yard over the fence. Durability is good so far. The quality seems on par for the expensive set the coach uses. I'd recommend them. Definitely check out YouTube for ideas on how to use them for practice.

Solid. High quality. Faux stitching and texture kind of feels like an actual baseball, sort of at least. Got some heft to it. Filled with metallic sand, it seem to be magnetic. I held a magnet to it, and there was a slight resistance when I pulled it away. It is inflatable, though it comes only partially deflated...which is well enough for playing catch or therapeutic activities in general. I'd venture to say it would be unpleasant to be hit with one of these, they are pretty dense. They are orange, in fact. Probably easier to see out on the field in most cases. Got the six pack, just to be safe.
