We filled these with flowers for the mantle at our wedding. They were great!

Good quality floral foam at a less expensive price. Held up to a 10-day floral event with daily watering and frequent replacements. We used cable ties to hold cages together as the arrangement trailed off the table. Some of the connection holes at the end of each cages (to connect to other cages) were damaged at teardown - not sure if we were too rough and/or flimsy element there - we couldn't re-use some in our case. Recommend low-profile tray or waterproof strip underneath to avoid water damage on surfaces. These blocks can get heavy when wet, so ensure set-up on an appropriate table or structure. Recommend watering slowly to curtail leakage. We did not use with floral solution. Decent alternative to Oasis in this particular design. Thank you.

I used protias, hydrangeas, orchids, roses and three different types of green.The foam help up extremely well and most of the flowers stayed alive for over a week.
