I had to male 30 mini pies for my friends wedding, and decided on these since they were deeper than the others. They worked amazing, were easy to clean up and the pies were a big hit! Lemon blueberry, peach cherry, strawberry rhubarb, apple and mixed berry. Yum!

It’s a very cute little set, but I’m not very good in using the mold with separate bottom, and I cannot handle the plastic piece to help shaping the crust without tearing the crust up.

I couldn't be happier with these tart pans. The tart tamper (I wrap it in plastic so it doesn't stick to the dough) ensures a perfectly even crust and the removable bottoms pop out the crust easily. The 3.5" size is very hard to find and I like that the sides are more vertical and go straight up as opposed to angled out like a pie...the tarts look more professional. I have so much fun using these!

I wanted tart pans for mini key lime pie tarts, and most mini tart pans just weren’t deep enough for my needs. These mini tins really fit the bill — even with a graham cracker crust, you can achieve a good 1:3 or 1:4 ratio of crust to filling.I was hopeful about the tamper because (even though it’s plastic) it seems to be decent quality and a great fit for a 1/8 (~3mm) crust all the way around. I’m sure it works well for a traditional crust. BUT it just held on to my graham cracker crust too much (I even sprayed it with cooking spray), and I’d have to patch about half of the sides afterwards, so I just gave up and molded everything by hand.But the tarts cooked beautifully, and thanks to the removable bottom they released perfectly — my only note here is that it can also be difficult to remove the bottom after it’s out of the pan (maybe adding a circle of parchment would be smart). If I can make my tarts a little more photogenic I’ll post some pix!

Son súper bonitas, leà algunos comentarios de que vienen en distinto tamaño a la descripción pero igual la calidad es muy buena, hice tartas y fue súper fácil de desmoldar y en cuanto le puse la masa se quedó detenida la base y no se movió para nada.Insisto son muy hermosas

These tart tins were easy to use. They cooked evenly and the removable bottom made the tart easy to remove from the tin. The press was a bonus in preparing the crust.

If they were 4 inches as the described I'd have give them a 5 star. They are nice, I can still use them but for goodness now I have to buy more someplace else.
