It's basically a string of rope with feathers that stain your hands/clothes. The feathers also fell off and shed really bad. Wish I could get my money back, but it's past the 30 day return policy.

The boas were packed very nicely in a vacuum package. Our disappointment was with the way the shed so easily. Our guests did not wear the boas very long because the feathers were flying and we didn’t want to get feathers in our food! If I had purchased the boas for $1 a piece it would have been understandable but these were over $4 each, so I won’t be purchasing these again. Sorry

I opened the package, and decided not to even use these feather boas because the quality was horrible. If you even move at all feathers fall off....You get what you pay for in this case.

I used this for a Halloween outfit, and the purple color was perfect. Unfortunately I left a trail of feathers everywhere I went, which was a bit embarrassing.

Their are not a lot of feathers on the boa and they look like they’ve been poorly glue-gunned on. I would not recommend this product.
