With all the water hardware in homes now coming with default restrictors, this multi-pack makes it easy to adjust any fixture's flow rate. The shower heads in my new home were nice, but the flow rate (gallons per minute) were low, in a neighborhood with water pressure provided at the bare minimum. Changed restrictors in the showerhead and BINGO, I can now rinse the shampoo out of my hair much more easily. Great quality and great price.

This works as intended, producing a fairly steady, controlled shower flow from the fluctuating water pressure at our home.The big question when getting ready to install these washers is: which way do they go? If you look at the photos and videos posted for this product, and for other similar-looking (identical?) items, you can find it shown being installed both ways! Through trial and error, I can confirm: the water should enter the slightly larger side (the side where the white plastic cross-bars are visible), and go OUT through the other, smaller side (which looks like a simple white circle, with a toothed, colored disc in the center).One other note: I ended up installing the blue one, which is identified as being rated for 1.5 gal/min. When I measure the output in my shower now, it is closer to 1 gal/min. So be warned. (It could be affected in my case by some fairly low incoming water pressure, and/or some additional restriction of some kind in my shower head. Your mileage may vary).

Purchase this after buying a new showerhead that had to have a flow. This is helps regulate not only are water flow, but also helped with our water bill.

Terrible cheap product. Tried to limit the pressure on my shower head and sprayed water all over the place after multiple attempts and trouble shooting, don’t waste your money

These were much smaller than I pictured they would be (but that's probably me). They were packed in a small little baggie and included a washer, 6 regulators and a steel attachment to install the regulators to your shower.I do believe these to be standard size, because I was able to attach them to my hand held shower head without a problem at all. I just twisted the hose off of the shower head, added the steel attachment with the regulator (the cross hairs facing the incoming water, the circle facing the shower head, like the other reviewer confirmed {Thank you}), added the washer with the flange edges towards the regulator and added my shower head to the new attachment.After testing these, I can confirm that they work. I got a new shower head that didn't come with a water saver rating or regulator, so I had to test these 1 by 1 and I finally can use my shower while using much less water that it was using originally. Also, I made sure to include a picture with the regulators in order from smallest gallons per minute (gpm) to largest gpm and noted each for easy identification. I also tried to point to a flange on the washer, but it's kinda hard to see.If your shower head doesn't have a gpm rating, I definitely recommend these.Images note: The dime was not included; it's only for size reference.

I recently bought a rain shower off amazon which was fantastic until my 60gal hot water tank would run cold after 20minutesI purchased these flow restrictors to help manage the hot water consumption and I installed the orange 2.2Gal/Min and its perfect endless hot showers again and still plenty of pressure. Wife's happy!I first tried the yellow 1.8Gal, then the green 2.0Gal both took too much pressure away
